Matters for Consideration
(By the Board of Directors or Entire Membership)

Matters for consideration by the Board of Directors or the entire membership, whether compliments, suggestions or complaints, shall be submitted to the Board of Directors in writing.  Submissions for consideration at the monthly Board Meetings must be received at least 10 days prior to that month's scheduled Board Meeting at which time the matter is to be considered.

Matters to be considered at the Annual Membership Meeting are to be received at least 10 days prior to the last Board meeting preceding the mailing of the "NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING."  Because the mailing of the "NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING" generally is at least 30 days prior to the meeting date, the February Board meeting is the final opportunity for the board to consider a matter to be placed on the agenda for the Annual Membership Meeting.

Mail all requests for matters for consideration to:

Board of Directors
Carriage Hills Owners Association, Inc.
2502 S.17th Street
Wilmington, NC 28401

If you would like to speak at the Board Meeting about the matter you have submitted for consideration, state this in the request in order for time to be allotted for your participation in the meeting.
